It's official: my elbow is fractured. A piece of it broke clean off, and is being held in place by a tendon.

Fortunately it's only going to require a splint or a cast, and not surgery. Surgery tomorrow morning. It has to be reattached with screws.

Half my arm is dark purple now.

Fuck.

I went to AT&T Park on Friday night to see Roger Waters perform The Wall (amazing). On my way in I tripped on the pavement and took a nasty fall, with most of my weight landing on my right elbow. I'm lucky it didn't break...it did, however, bleed a lot.

Of course I love the original, but I'll stand by this remake. Jason Scheff has a great voice, and child of the '80s that I am, I dig the hard, synthetic sound.
